Hi, I’m Shadi (pronounced sha-dee, meaning “happiness”), the founder of SY Strategy. I’m a 4x founder with 2 exits, an AI strategist, and a trusted advisor to growth-stage businesses looking to scale smarter, not harder.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I call the world home. As a digital nomad, I travel across the globe, working with clients primarily in the US and UK while speaking at conferences across North America and Europe on scaling, AI adoption, and future-proofing businesses.

 

Outside of business, you’ll find me near the ocean, soaking up the sun, and immersed in nature. Warm weather, fresh air, and time outdoors fuel my creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

I wasn’t always in AI. My journey started as an entrepreneur, bootstrapping and scaling businesses from the ground up from EdTech to eCommerce Marketplace to FinTech and AI - I built companies, led global teams, raised funding, and navigated the highs and lows of growth.

 

Along the way, I realized a powerful truth: The difference between businesses that scale effortlessly and those that struggle isn’t just hard work—it’s the ability to adapt, innovate, and leverage the right tools at the right time.

 

That’s what led me to AI. I built a predictive AI solution that transformed online customer behavior analysis—without relying on personal data.
